B. Health Science (Physiotherapy) Post. Dip. Manipulation and Sports Background: 10 years hands-on experience, 3 years experience as a Pilates instructor. Brent has a special interest in pelvic/spinal stability and teaching effective breathing technique. He also instructs in Tai Chi. Interests: Permaculture, Tai Chi, and Cycling.

Physiotherapy Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction (PITC) Certicate IV in Pilates Instruction (PITC) Authentic Pilates Certified Instructor (New York Pilates Studio PTY LTD) Post Graduate Certified by The Pilates Professionals International (UK) Background: Lucy has been teaching Pilates since 2002, including one year abroad in the UK. She has trained with a broad spectrum of different Pilates organizations, ranging from Rehabilitative Pilates Programs all the way through to the more dynamic and challenging Authentic Pilates Method. Utilizing her extensive training and knowledge, Lucy trains everyone from elite athletes to people in rehabilitation, ante/post natal, young and seniors. Interests: Lucy loves the adventure and experience of travel, making many tracks around Europe, South America, Central America, and Asia. Once a competitive athlete, she still continues to enjoy running for its mental and physical benefits, as well as skiing, tennis, and meditation.

Fiona Harding - Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor
B. Physiotherapy APMA Certified Pilates Teacher Background: 10 years physiotherapy experience. Fiona has worked in Community Rehabilitation for 7 years, primarily treating clients post orthopaedic surgery (incuding hip/knee replacements and spinal surgery). She also has extensive experience treating clients with falls and balance issues and varied neurological disorders. Fiona has worked as a Pilates instructor with BCPS since 2008 and enjoys rehabilitating clients following back injury, treating pre- and post-natal clients as well as teaching group classes. Fiona enjoys integrating her physiotherapy and Pilates knowledge to help rehabilitate her clients so they can get the most out of their bodies. Interests: Pilates, travel, relaxation, dancing, and cooking.

Georgina Morrow - Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor

Physiotherapy Dance Medicine Australia Certified Clinical Pilates Teacher Background: Georgie was awarded a place on the Deans List of her graduating year at Melbourne University and has completed her Clinical Pilates Teaching certificate. Interests: Georgie founded the local non-profit volunteer organisation Spokes in the Wheel for underprivileged children. Georgie also has a love of languages - she speaks fluent German and Swedish, as well as Japanese and French!

Maryann has undertaken extensive post-graduate training and has worked closely with orthopaedic surgeons. Her expertise lies in assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions using a variety of treatment techniques with effective outcomes. She has taught Pilates since 2004, and has been a lecturer in Anatomy and Functional Anatomy since 2000. Utilizing her extensive training and practical experience in the education, fitness, rehabilitation, and Pilates fields, Tanya adapts her knowledge to train individuals of all ages and levels of health & fitness. Interests: Tanya loves travel experiences that completely immerse her in communities different to our own. She has enjoyed working in communities in Africa and her love of adventure travel has lead her to visit giraffe and elephant orphanages in Kenya, orangutangs in Borneo, and sled dogs in the Arctic circle. Tanya enjoys attempting to surf, teaching group exercise classes, bongo drums, dancing, and learning!!

Vicki now brings these skills to her Pilates teaching with specific interest in helping her clients overcome postural related injuries through a combination of Pilates and Myotherapy. Level 5 Instructor of Romana's Pilates Certified Authentic Pilates instructor with The Pilates Studio Level 1 Baptiste Power Yoga Teacher Level 3 in Fitness, Rescue Diver Background: Diana has a teaching history that spans 10 years and includes training international sporting teams and athletes, as well as injury rehabilitation and general strength and fitness training. Diana completed her intensive training with and was certified by Romana Krysanowska, master instructor and protege of Joseph Pilates. Diana also studied with Cynthia Lochard in Sydney and trained internationally with Bob Liekens, master instructor of Classical Pilates and founder of Power Pilates (USA). In 2009 Diana accepted an invitation from Baron Baptiste (creator of Baptiste Power Yoga) to join his teacher training team as an assistant and travelled to Africa in support of the charity The Africa Yoga Project. Interests: Cycling, tennis, yoga, scuba diving, snowboarding and fitness training.
